Our strength class is the one for you if you really want to work on your technique, build muscle and strength and work on your strengths and weaknesses. It's hard work and you will feel like you've had one huge workout when you're done, but that doesn't mean it's not a fun class that you'll really enjoy.
Our trainers will work with you, shaping the classes to suit each group and address what you want to work on, and you'll work your muscles with both dumbbells and bar bells for an intense workout that really gets you the results you want.
You'll come out of it with visible changes to your body as you attend classes over time, along with increased fitness, inch loss and better technique to improve how you train.
