    No, not at all. With every class, you start where you are right now and you’ll quickly find you get more and more flexible and strong, the more you do.

    It’s only £70 per month for unlimited classes, fitness help and advice, nutrition help to reach your goals, and a whole lot of support from our fantastic community, all available online, so you don’t even need to leave the house! And with this membership, you get our yoga classes too.

    Of course! We’d be delighted to have you and get you started on your fitness journey. We always have alternatives for our exercises, making them suitable for beginners and advanced alike, so don’t let being a beginner put you off. Everyone starts somewhere. Just come along and give it a go!

    The PHL + Yoga is our highest membership level, but if you want to go further, we also offer expert one-to-one or two-to-one personal training classes to give you personal attention on whatever you want to focus on.

    No. Your membership is ongoing unless you cancel it, and you can cancel at any time.

    You’ll get everything included in the Hybrid membership, and our brilliant yoga classes too. You’ll have access to our app with unlimited exercises, help with what to eat and how to make healthy choices, space to add in your measurements and your progress, and access to our fantastic community for all the help and support you need.
