General Questions
No personal training is the same, so get in touch to discuss what options are available.
This is your personalised time, and you can decide what you want to focus on, whether that’s body building, weightlifting, cardio, losing weight, or anything else you’d like to achieve. We’re there for you, to support you and help you get the results you want. We can also guide and suggest what to work on.
Yes, there is. If you have a membership, you'll get access to our private Facebook group where we offer regular discounts.
We provide personal training at the gym, face to face, though you also have access to our app, with all features included, giving you unlimited online classes, nutrition help, and access to our fun and supportive community.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of trainers for your classes. We’d also recommend you have a towel and a water bottle handy during your training.
With access to our online fitness classes, you can still exercise and get great results, without leaving your home! We also have outdoor, socially distanced in-person classes, and our personal training is socially distanced in the gym, where we take great care to wash our hands and wipe down all equipment after use.
