If you don't have hours to exercise but you still want the results, our quick thirty-minute, intense kettle blast workout is the one for you. We'll keep you moving and keep your heart rate up for the full half hour of the class, giving you an incredible, high energy, hot workout that will really have an impact.
With so much packed into one class in only half an hour, there's no excuse for skipping your exercise routine even if you have a jam-packed week.
