Box Fit Classes

If you've more energy than a Duracell battery, this class is for you! take aim at our punch bags for a full class of boxing sequences, intermingled with other high energy exercises and toning exercises, such as running, press-ups, crunches and intervals to give you an incredible workout and results you'll be able to see on your body within a few weeks of starting your classes.
Once you've learned a new boxing sequence, we'll then work on getting your boxing technique spot on before adding even more jabs, uppercuts and punches to your sequence to increase the impact, and tone and sculpt you to the max!
And with our funky drum and bass soundtrack, you'll be loving the energy in the room and the irresistible beat.
