If you love your weights but you also want a full-body workout that also includes cardio, you can't do better than our body burn classes. They're set to great music with choreographed moves and you absolutely will find yourself out of breath and with your heart rate up if you keep up with the whole class.
Enjoy a range of standard weights exercises, like bicep curls, shoulder presses, deadlifts, and back presses for building lean muscle and strengthening every part of you, including your all-important core. You'll learn the proper techniques and form from experienced trainers to ensure you stay safe while having fun with all the exercises and you'll find your fitness increases in leaps and bounds.
