If you really want to get yourself a six pack or even just tone up your tummy area, our focused abs class is just what you need. And it's only half an hour so you can fit it in even on a busy week. It's an intense and really packed thirty minutes that will leave you knowing you've really worked your abs area with short bursts of different exercises to work every part of your abs thoroughly and give you excellent results.
And we don't just concentrate on part of your abs. We also work your obliques and every other part of your abs to give you a tone up tum and a great shape. You'll lose inches, tighten your muscles, strengthen your core and have fun, with a great set of teammates and trainers to keep you going.
