Who am I? I’m Alex Ross and I’ve done everything from fitness, yoga, dance captain, personal training and professional dancing on board a cruise ship. I chose to continue with exercise and other training classes because I love to help people and see the changes in their body and their increased confidence as they enjoy their classes and have fun.
