    Our Classes


    General Questions

    Wear loose, comfortable clothing and a pair of trainers for your classes. We’d also recommend you have a towel and a water bottle handy during your training.

    Of course! You can use tins or filled water bottles as weights when you first get started, skip on the spot without a rope, and we also have alternatives to our exercises which don’t need any equipment, leaving you free to join in fully right from the beginning, and then you can buy equipment as you go, if you want to.

    If you take out our PHL HYBRID membership, you’ll pay just £50.00 a month for unlimited online classes, nutritional help, an app to update your progress, a fantastic community to support you and cheer you on, and more! And for only £70.00 a month, you can have all that and our yoga classes, too!

    If you have our PHL HYBRID membership already, you can upgrade to our PLUS YOGA membership, which includes yoga classes. You can also pay separately for one-to-one personal training to take your fitness to a whole new level.

    With our online fitness classes, you can still exercise and get great results, without leaving your home! We also have outdoor, socially distanced in-person classes, and socially distanced one-to-one personal training in the gym, where we take great care to wash our hands and wipe down all equipment after use.
